Hallo ,
einer sollte vor oder hinter die Gegendruckfeder gesetzt werden, um den Druck auf den Riemen zu erhöhen. Damit der nicht durchrutscht. Man kann alternativ auch eine härtere Gegendruckfeder einsetzen.

Die Rechnung vom Zollbeleg habe ich leider nicht mer, nicht so schlim werde mir trotzdem die 13g Rollen bestellen

Zu den Ringen:
Sind es die zei Plastik Ringe auf dem Foto im Anhang??
Die Plastik Ringe auf dem Foto wurden von der Werkstatt nicht Eingesetzt.
Sind die Ringe in der Einbauanleitung auch drin? Wenn ja wo kommen die Ringe rein?

hallo Senad,
das werden wir schon hinbekommen! Als erstes schicke mir mal eine Rechnungskopie und den zollbeleg, dann kann ich dir die 19% deutsche Umsatzsteuer erstatten.

Rollengewicht: Dann hast du evtl. doch noch die "alte Version" mit 15g Originalrollen. Dann empfehlen wir 12-13g Dr.Pulley Gleitrollen. Dann wird auch die Anfahrbeschleunigung deutlich besser. Wenn du über einen Dremel verfügst und eine sehr genaue Feinwaage, kannst du einfach innen rundum Metall rausfräsen, bis du auf 12-13g kommst. Natürlich alle 6 identisch!

HIT: Dass die beim Anfahren rupft ist sehr ungewöhnlich. Fast alle PCX Fahrer kommen bestens mit der Originalbestückung klar. Falls die Rupferei aber nicht stoppt, kannst du die Pillow Federn (außen) 1 Stufe härter verwenden. Also die Pink 25-21,5kg. Hat die Werkstatt einen der beigefügten großen Ringe eingesetzt? Wenn nicht, kann die Rupeferei auch vom Riemen kommen, der zuviel schlupf hat. Das fühlt sich an wie Rupfen der Kupplung.

Leider nichts gutes zu berichten. Die Rollen sind gleich schwer wie die Originalen

eine bessere Beschleunigung habe ich nicht auch sonst keine verbesserung beim Fahren oder in der Höchsgeschwindigkeit festzustellen.

Die Hit Kuplung ist auch drin (gleichzeitig eingebaut wie die Rollen von einer offiziellen Honda Vertretung) mit der Original abstimung von Dr. Pulley

Habe seit umbau 100Km gemacht und ich bin sehr stark enttäuscht mit der Kuplung und den Rollen...
Bis 20Kmh Rupft und Stotert der PCX und kommt gaahr nicht voran!! Start am berg kann man vergessen! Nach den überwundenen 20Kmh geht der PCX Flott voran (Wie mit Original Kupplung und Rollen) Ich bitte dich Dirk um HILFE. Welche Feder von denen wo ich zusätzlich bekommen habe muss von Der Honda Vertretung eingebaut werden das auch die Anfahrt von 0Kmh bis 20Kmh gelingt?

Leider muste ich noch zusätzliche 60CHF für Zollkosten auf der Post Bezahlen so das es gahr kein Sinn macht mir wieder leichtere Rollen zu Bestellen

Obwohl es mich seehr reizen würde leichtere Rollen auszuprobieren und zu Bestätigen das die Rollen doch was taugen.

Hallo Dirk und ein Hallo an ALLE :thumbsup:

Sobald die Käseecken drin sind werde ich ein Bild posten wo die Originalrollen abgebildet sind auf einer kleiner sehr genauer Waage. Dann kanst du auf ganz sicher gehen wie schwer die Originalrollen wiegen.

Ich hoffe ganz fest das die Originalrollen 17,5g schwer sind

Seit Freitag alles wieder da und ist schon raus!
Bitte gib mir unbedingt Nachricht, wie schwer die Originalrollen sind! Da bekomme ich lauter unterschiedliche Angaben bisher und will endlich was Genaues. Danke schon jetzt!

Wann kann ich etwa mit der Lieferung rechnen? Da sie ja zur Zeit nicht am Lager sind?

Super starke Beschleunigung und Wiederbeschleunigung aus Kurven raus. Gleichmäßigeres Beschleunigen ohne Anfahrloch.Geringere Drehzahl bei der jetzigen Vmax, evtl. Dadurch höhere Vmax möglich.

Wie wirkt sich die SR2015/6-15 und die HIT181401+125G Kupplung in der Beschleunigung und dem V-Max aus?
Ich 68Kg schwer.

Hallo Liebe Mitmenschen

Habe das Neue Model von der Honda PCX 125 erworben (Jahrgang 04.2014). Und wollte fragen ob es schon etwas von Dr.Pulley giebt? Oder werden die gleichen Teile eingesetzt wie für das ältere PCX Model -2013?

Währe an den Pulleys und der Hit Kupplung interessiert.
