Man weiß zumindest, ob noch Verbesserungspotential vorhanden ist. Wie man das dann ausnutzt, ist eine andere Sache.
Mit der VMax Verbesserung ist das so eine Sache: Manchmal gewaltig, manchmal nur minimal. Vor einigen Tagen ruft mich total begeistert eine Kymco Quadwerkstatt an: Bei einem MXU500 Vmax statt bisher 88km/h jetzt 110km/h - nur mit den Gleitrollen! Das ist selbst für mich unfassbar. Beim Maxxer 300 +10km/h ist ja da fast schon normal. Aber es gibt eben auch einige Fahrzeuge, bei denen es eher wenig bringt. Von der besseren und ruckelfreien Beschleunigung mal abgesehen.

Ich habe das in der Liste notiert, beim nächsten Update ists drinnen. Danke!
Gleitstücke: Das hat mit den Rollen nichts zu tun, ebenso die Kupplungsglocke. Für erstere wäre mir ein Foto mit Vermessung hilfreich oder natürlich ein Original.
Kupplung: Da musst du mal an Hand dieser Tabelle mal die Maße vergleichen.

Also Rollen sind eingebaut fühlt sich schon mal besser an brauche nicht mehr so viel Drehzahl.
Aber die Endgeschwindigkeit ist unverändert.

Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich die passenden Gleitstücke und Kupplung mit Glocke für meine Vario ermitteln kann?
Oder hilft es schon zu wissen das die Rollen 2318/6-22 sind um auf die anderen Teile zu schließen?
Und man könnte das Quad mal in die Liste aufnehmen das nicht jeder kunde suchen muss handelt sich bei mir um eine

ne sind richtig drin aber sie haben nicht 21 sondern 20

hab mir jetzt mal 22gr bestellt hoffe die sind besser und die Drehzahl ist wieder wie vorher

Hallo dennis,
bei 23g original sind 21g eigentlich ok. Bist du ganz sicher, dass die Rollen richtig eingelegt sind und sich nicht evtl. 1 oder beim Einbau der Vario verdreht haben? das könnte ein Grund für die erhöhten Drehzahlen sein.

Die Original Rollen haben 23gr.

Vmax ist gleich geblieben vielleicht wen überhaupt 1 km/h mehr geworden.

Edit:
Aber ich habe jetzt das Problem das wen ich z.B. im Ort auf der Straße fahre das der Motor dauerhaft höher dreht.
Dadurch erhöhter Sprit Verbrauch und vor allem erhöhte Hitze Entwicklung.

Nabend,

ich habe auch eine Aeon Cobra 350 und kürzlich die 20gr Rollen rein gemacht nun habe ich das Problem das die Drehzahl beim normalen geradeaus fahren auf der Straße im vergleich zu den originalen Rollen erhöht ist (z.B. 50 Km/h Geschwindigkeit halten) .
Ist es zu empfehlen die Pulley Rollen mit 23gr zu nehmen wen ich das Ansprechverhalten von den originalen wieder will oder lieber die mit 22gr? Hat es hier schon jemand alles ausprobiert?

hallo @ all

was ich sagen will alle teile eingehbaut, Fazit für die aeon conra 350:

23x18-21g gutes gehwicht kein absacken beim start der hammer ist 3 kmh endgehswindikkeit, saberes rundlauf vom motor, naja mehr dazu nach die 500-600km, das kann etwas dauern zwegs wetter trozdem bis jezt positiv

edding test 3-4 mm luft mit den riemen an der oberkante... (tipp von mir lieber die 22g nehmen)

bin leider noch nicht dazugekommen um sie einzubauen, muss mich bedanken für den schnelles versand, promt waren die teile bei mir zu hause, so bald ich sie in die cobra drinn habe und ein par test gehmacht habe gebe ich bericht dazu, hab gerade viel um die ohren..

Zu dem AEON liegen leider noch gar keine Erfahrungsberichte vor: Du darfst also der erste sein!
Bei 23g original würde ich mal zunächst etwa 10%b leichtere Dr.Pulley reinmachen. Also 20-21gr. Die kann man bei Bedarf immer noch leichter machen durch Ausdrehen- andersrum gehts halt nicht.
Gleitstücke: Lies mal hier etwas darüber nach. Normalerweise sollte man gleiuch mitwechseln, nur: Vermutlich haben wir gar keine für den AEON. Wenn du deine Vario ohnehin aufmachst, wäre ein Fotos von verschiedenen Seiten und eine Vermessung sehr hilfreich. Dann kann ich mal schauen, ob AEON da in eine Bestandskiste gegriffen oder etwas eigenes erfunden hat. das Rollenmap spricht für eine Kymco Vario, wie sie z.B. im Xciting 250/300 oder auch im Maxxer 300 Quad verwendet wird.

hallo leute,
fahre ne aeon cobra 350 und die originale rollen sind 23x18 jezt habe ich nun mal im schop nachgehschaut und ich denke das ich die richtige habe, könnt ihr mir dabei helfen....??

was meint ihr... was mich interessiert währe auch ne kupplung mit glocke nur weiss ich nicht welche masse, als wie den schrott was drinne ist
