ich kann mir ehrlich gesagt keine andere Ursache vorstellen. Wenn man Metallschnippsel sieht, muss ja eine Berührung stattfinden. Das kann nur auf der offenen Seite sein.

Hallo Dirk,
Du kannst davon ausgehen, daß ich die Rollen, wie auch zuvor die Gleitkeile richtig rum einbaue.
Ich mach das doch schon lang genug.
Was könnte das noch für eine Ursache haben ausser das man die ROlle falschrum einlegt.?

Hallo Maxmax,

auch die runden Dr.Pulley Rollen haben eine offene und eine geschlossene Seite. Wenn man sie falsch rum reinlegt, reibt die offene Seite natürlich an den Seiten der Rampen. Gleichzeitig treibt die Flieh-/Rotationskraft den Messingkern aus dem Kunststoffmantel raus. Also wie bei den Gleitrollen so einlegen, dass die geschlossene Seite gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zeigt.

Ich möchte hier an dieser Stelle meine ERfahrungen mit Pulley Rollen einbringen:

DR.Pulley rollen

hallo dirk, hallo haro,

bei meinem mechaniker war viel los und zum schluß war er noch ne woche krank - gestern nachmittag hat er meinen roller fertig gemacht - der variator war kaputt - in der hülse war etwas ausgebrochen - dadurch wackelte die ganze vario - hatte noch die alte malossi-vario liegen - eingebaut - probe gefahren - alles wieder in ordnung - mein 125er satelis summt wieder!!! :thumbsup:

die pulley´s waren nicht verdreht!!!

die originalrollen hatten 10,5g und die pulleys habe ich von 9g. auf 9,5g. und jetzt mit der hit-kupplung auf 10g. erhöht.
3.000 km war alles ok. und er lief 120km/h bei 10.500 touren nach tacho, manchmal sogar noch etwas flotter.
da war die welt noch in ordnung.
nun läuft er plötzlich nach tacho 100km/h bei 11.000 touren.( nach navi 90km/h )
mein schrauber steht vor einem rätsel!
die gleitstücke hat er doch gefeilt und passend gemacht.

Hallo Thomas,

ob es an den Pulley Gleitstücken liegt, wirst Du erst erfahren, wenn Du die original Gleitstücke von Peugeot einbaust. Mein Satelis fährt mit den Originalen viel besser als mit den unbearbeiteten (nicht ausgefeilten) von Dr.Pulley.

Aber hast Du nicht auch noch die Hit-Kupplung eingebaut und warst bis vor kurzem noch sehr zufrieden mit der Einstellung? Haben sich die Fahrleistungen so stark verschlechtert?

sorry, falsch gelesen- jetzt richtig!!!

120 km/h bei 10.500 touren - rollen hat er jetzt 2 mal kontrolliert! lagen richtig drin!

sollte ich mal die neuen rollen von pulley probieren? und die käseecken raus?

Könnte...
Könnte aber auch an falschrum eingelegten Rollen liegen. Wie hoch ist die VMax normal bei wieviel Umdrehungen?

Was die Gleitstücke betrifft: Die Stege der Vario haben eine hohe Maßungenauigkeit. Da kann es (selten) vorkommen, dass die Gleitstücke exakt angepasst werden müssen. Siehe auch die beigelegte Anleitung dazu. Die originalen Gleitstücke werden so groß produziert, dass sie immer passen, auch wenn es dann gelegentlich ein wenig wackelt.

Hallo Kurt,

herzlich Willkommen im Forum.

Hatte in meinem Satelis die 9g Pulleygleiter drinnen. Die waren mir allerdings etwas zu heftig in den Drehzahlen. Die Drehzahl beim Beschleunigen lag immer so bei 9000-9500 U/Min. Daher würde ich Dir die 9,5g empfehlen. Bei den Gleitstücken habe ich die originalen von Peugeot genommen, da die Pulleygleitstücke meiner Ansicht nach klemmen (zu eng sind) und ausgefeilt werden müssen. Die Originalen hingegen funktionieren wunderbar.
