Welche Gleitrolle Vespa 250

Hallo,
ich habe mal eine frage. Ich fahre eine 250er Vespa, welche Gleitrollen (wieviel Gramm) könnt ihr mir empfehlen? Ich fahre viel in der Stadt und auf den Bergen.
