Solche Dinge liegen of an einer weich gewordenen gegendruckfeder. Nach 15.oookm sind die ausgeleiert, haben keine Kraft mehr, den Riemen im Wandler ganz hoch zu drücken.
Dann geht er in der Vario nicht ganz runter. Das wäre meineerste Idee.

Hab mal den Deckel auf gemacht, nachdem ich das wieder hatte ( siehe Bilder oben).
Der Riemen steht nicht ganz unten(ca 1cm fehlen), dadurch fährt er natürlich scheisse an, weil die Übersetzung nicht hinhaut.
Aber warum läuft er nicht bis ganz unten? Wie gesagt meistens passiert das aus hohen Drehzahlen.

Anfahr Probleme Kymco Downtown 125i

Hallo,
Habe ein Kymco Downtown 125i mit Dr. Pulley Vario mit 11,5 Rollen mit Malossi Riemen.
Nun mein Problem, wenn der Roller auf Betriebstemp. ist und ich 80-90 km/h fahre und dann runter bremse zb. wegen Ampel oder so auf 0 und ich dann wieder Anfahre kommt er nicht aus de puschen und quällt sich bis 6000umd. und dann läuft er wieder normal.. sieht so aus das der Riemen hängt bzw nicht ganz runter geht.Hat jemand ein Rat?
