Hallo Franz,
bei den neueren Motoren scheint es unkritisch zu sein, seit einigen Jahren macht Piaggio eine Ausfräsung an die gefährdete Stelle ab Werk.
Und die Werkstatt sollte eigentlich Fachwissen haben, die Steighöhe des Riemens zu prüfen, um Problemen vorzubeugen.

Solltest du jedoch Ölgeruch wahrnehmen, sofort zur Werkstatt.

Nun habe ich mir auch die 12 Gramm Tech Pulleys einbauen lassen.
Lese aber überall von der verrannten Dichtung.
Muss ich mir da Sorgen machen??
Oder ist die HPE Vario unproblematisch ??

Hallo Reinhold, ich weiß von mindestens einem Kunden, der sie drinnen hat (bereits die neuen verbesserten FR Rollen) und total zufrieden ist, wie er am Telefon berichtete. Nimm 12 oder 12,5g also FR2117/6-

GTS300 HPE 2019 mit Dr. Pulleys

Hab neu eine GTS300 HPE 2019. Nachdem ich schon bei meiner GTS125IGET Dr. Pulley eingebaut hab und gute Erfolge in der Originalvario hatte, frag ich einfach mal, ob jemand schon in der GTS300 HPE Dr. Pulleys drinnen hat und seine Erfahrungen teilen kann.
Die neue Vario bei der HPE ist sehr reaktiv und schon im Original sehr ok. Auch möchte ich natürlich Beschädigungen aka Ölwanne etc vermeiden.
Danke für Eure Rückmeldungen.
