Die 181401 hat 125mm Glockendurchmesser. Ich denke, dass mit 135mm eher die 241801 passt.

Man könnte HiT 181401 mit 125 Glocke von Honda oder diversen Anbieter versuchen, habe irgendwo eine Kupplung und Glocke für PCX gesehen, die von Durchmesser kleiner war als die Wandlerscheibe selber und angeblich ein Renner in Japan.

Glocke ist 135
....und nun, ich hab nix gefunden, bei den Hitkupplungen?
Die Gleitstücke passen der PCX passen, nach leichter Feilarbeit, im Forza 125!
Zur Gegendruckfeder, eingebaut ist gelb, ich habe auch nur gelb, kann man sagen was als nächste die härtere ist und welche Farbe die dann hat oder ist das unterschiedlich zu den Herstellern?

Vom Honda Forza 125i gibt es hier einen Test. Essai du scooter HONDA Forza 125 avec photo et vido - Scooter Infos
Der wird da mit 118 Km/h (Gps) angegeben, 100 m in 8,7 Sek. Das ist recht beachtlich, aber der X-Max 125, mit mehr Gewicht, wurde dort auch mit 117Km/h und 100 m in 8,4 Sek getestet. Die Fahrleistungen kann ich mit meinem X-Max 125 bestätigen. Bei Tacho 130 Km/h nur 9200 U/Min. Den Begrenzer erreiche ich auch bei Tacho 135 Km/h nicht, dann dreht der Motor ca. 9400 U/Min.
Bedenklich finde ich beim Honda jedoch die entsprechende Drehzahl von 10500 U/Min, bei der auch der Begrenzer einsetzt. Mich würde mal interessieren, welche Drehzahlen und Geschwindigkeit mit den 15 Gramm Pulley´s erreicht werden und ob der Begrenzer auch wieder einsetzt. Wenn ich den 2 Stunden auf der Autobahn am Limit bewege (über 10000 U/Min), wird es der Motor sicher bald mal übel nehmen.

Das ist die 241801, gleich wie in meinen Bild, das ich hier hochgeladen habe, da hieß sie 231802, gleiche Abmessungen, nur falsch bezeichnet.

Danke für deine Links, aber leider keinerlei Angaben zu B und C, bei 241801 und auch im Handbuch keine Angaben zu den Federn, da dieses Modell dort gar nicht aufgeführt ist.

die Liste ist nicht von mir, vielleicht irgendwo mal verlinkt. Aber auf jeden Fall ist ein Fehler drinnen, das muss 241801 heißen.
Ich habe eben eine 231802 gemessen-150mm. Also für Glocke 153mm.

Die 231801und 02 ist eine mit 153mm! Sind da irgendwo die letzten zwei Ziffern verdreht? Es ist eine typische Kymco Kupplung.
Die HIT231801 ist frühestens Ende Juni wieder verfügbar, da hat es mit der Produktion für die Gewichte einen maschinen Crash gegeben.

Hhmmm, da wäre ich mir jetzt aber nicht sicher, könnte auch 231802 sein, auch die hat einen Durchmesser von 135 die Glocke.
Ich hab da eine Liste da steht die drauf, als Honda Forza 250 oder wurde die von der 241801 ersetzt, im Shop finde ich die 231802 nicht mehr.

Hallo DDirk
Die Pulleys sind eingebaut, die SP2015-J, passen nicht, die Steggrösse ist es, das sind 7mm bei Honda, von Dr.Pulley sind es 9mm die Passform sonst ist exakt, die sende ich dir zurück, wenn du da was passendes hast melde dich.
Die Kupplungglocke innen ist 135, nicht wie sonst 125!
Habe sie erst ca.50km drinnen, unten heraus besser, die Vmax. ca 5kmh besser, aber erst 50km.
Mehr dann nach ca.400km mit den Pulleys.
