Geräsch ist ja noch Da nur nicht mehr so laut ????????

so gereusch ist wider da habe dann die Orginal Kupplung eingebaut und jetzt ist es weg am liebsten würde ich Dir die Kupplung zur überprüfung senden

denke da kann was nicht stimmen die Kupplungs klocke siet auch schon so abgenutzt aus obwohl der Roller erst 1000 Km hat denke da stimmt was nicht.

Habe zum Testen auch die feder gewechselt und die Pin´s auch ..... hat nur kurzzeitig was gebracht

Was können wir da machen ??

keine ahnung hab sicher 5-7 mal alles kontroliert und wider eingebaut usw.

Wenn das Geräusch jetzt weg ist, muss ja irgendetwas anders gewesen sein als jetzt nach der Kontrolle. Das sind immer die schwierigsten Fälle...
Fahre am besten mal eine Weile und "beobachte" die Weiterentwicklung. Der Push Pin mach eigentlich nur ein Klicken in dem Moment, wenn er die Backen massiv an die Glocke drückt.

Nein ich denke das ist der Push Pin der Kupplung.
Ich habe alle Teile getauscht bis auf die Kupplung. Das Geräusch ist auch mit den original Rollen da.
Finde aber dass es mit der Zeit besser wird.

Hallo Heute ausgebaut und angeschaut konnte nichts finden alles wider zusammen gebaut und jetzt macht der kaum noch geräusche nur noch bein Anfahren ich denke es sind die Vario ecken

sind aber richtig eingebaut ............................ keine schleifspuren nichts ????

Ja, wenn ich wüsste, was man evtl. sieht, wäre ich auch klüger. Irgendwoher muss das "blecherne Geräusch" ja kommen, vielleicht sieht man irgendwo eine Stelle, wo Metall anschlägt? Ehrlich gesagt habe ich keine Ahnung, wo das herkommen könnte.

es sind nur ein Rin verbaut Vario ist zu 100% richtig verschaubt nochmal auf machen ....................... genau das wollte ich vermeiden ............. und was soll ich da sehn ??

bzw, wie muß es auschauen ??

Finde gerade nicht klasse werde morgen mal nachschauen aber auf was soll ich achten ??

Eigentlich sind Geräusche eher ungewöhnlich. Ich würde nochmals aufmachen, alles prüfen. Ob die Gegendruckfeder richtig sitzt (hast du einen oder zwei washer Ringe drinnen?), Vario richtig verschraubt ist, etc.

Hallo Dirk,

scheind das ich nicht der einzige bin der über solche geräusche verfügt

Federn habe ich angeschaut klar aber nur über die techik gestaunt was die Hit so alles macht habe nicht zerlegt oder verändert da Du mir geraten hast erstmal so zu fahren bin auch begeistert obwohl ich erst so ca. 50 km gefahren bin.

Klar hab ich nicht probiert ohne Deckel steht ja auch nirgens und ob da man sehn kann ob was anschlegt ist auch nicht einfach da Deckel ja unten ist.

Denke wenn die feder nicht richtg fest wäre hätte die variomatig nicht so eine leichten freilauf

zu was würdest Du mir raten was ich machen soll ??

Blecherne Geräusche sollten eigentlich nicht zu hören sein. Zumal es an der HIT kein Blech gibt, das ist doch alles sehr massiv. Hast du mal den Motor laufen lassen, bei offenem Deckel? Sollte man aber nur kurz machen, weil das Gegenlager der Kurbelwelle im Deckel ist. Schlägt evtl. der Riemen?
Hast du vor Einbau die Federn geprüft, nicht , dass evtl. eine nicht richtig fest saß?

Hallo Dirk,

nein leise ist das nicht klingt so irgendwie Blechern beim Einkuppeln aus den stand und auch wenn ich es rollen lasse und dann gas gebe dann hört man auch dieses geräusch weiß auch nicht genau was es sein könnte denke das hast was mit der Kupplung zu tun den da kommt das geräusch her.

habe heute eine runde gedreht war immer noch so

Kannst du das "lauter" mal genauer beschreiben? Drehzahl höher= lauter= normal. Oder meinst du irgendwelche Geräusche? Ein leises Klicken ist normal beim Einkuppeln, das ist der Push Pin, wenn er aktiv wird.

Hallo Leute ............... Bericht

die 12g Pulley sind schon gut abgegangen muß ich sagen hat man wirklich gut gemerkt.

Kupplung heute erst eingebaut aber nur ca. 30 Km gefahren kann nichts dazu sagen nur das die

lauter ist beim einkuppeln hoffe das ändert sich oder kann man was dagegen machen ??

damit dir das Teil nicht entgegenspringt, evtl. mit zwei Schraubzwingen sichern. Es gibt natürlich professionelle Haltewerkzeuge, aber die hat man nicht unbedingt.

Hallo Mosses,
jetzt 10g Rollen und keine Veränderung zu spüren? Das wäre sehr seltsam und ungewöhnlich. Hast du die Rampen gut gesäubert und die Rollen auch richtig drinnen? Ohne, dass eine gekippt ist?
Die HIT wird genauso eingesetzt, wie die originale. Verwende zunächst nur einen der großen washer Ringe, um die Gegendruckfeder zu verstärken.

Ja ich habe denn großen Schlüssel nicht werde heute eine große nus besorgen wenn wenn es die zeit zulässt baue ich es auch gleich ein

Die 10 g Pulley sind drin aber eine große veränderung habe ich nicht gespürt meine frage kommt da noch was ändert sich da noch etwas bin ca. 30 km gefahren gut ist es ist nicht schlechter geworden

Gibt es eine einbau anleitung wie man die Kupplung einbaut ??

Hallo Mosses,

was heißt genau "nicht geklappt"?
Die Kupplung auf jeden fall erstmal 3-500km einfahren. Dann kannst du entscheiden, ob sie durch ändern der Federn bissiger werden soll.
